compassion

My heart breaks every day …. so many sad stories out there, children with cancer, people who lose their homes to fire….no matter what blog I read or news story I hear or person I talk to, there are stories that are heart breaking.  Yesterday my mom came with me to a NILMDTS photo session and she I were indescribably moved by the compassion we witnessed as the medical staff helped usher that tiny baby from this life to the next.  I could weep just thinking of the kindness in their every word, every touch, every action.  We never know how our actions, our kindness, our compassion impact others, so today a gentle reminder to us all…..
