The satisfying snap of berries plucked off the vine, the sweet warm juices running down my chin, faces stained red, the smell of berries filling my car on the drive home….I love strawberry picking
It marks the beginning of “summer” to me! There is nothing like fresh-off-the-vine berries! We picked lots to bring home and enjoy and we also made a strawberry cream cheese pie and thirteen jars of jam to enjoy & share with others!

I also just got to go Strawberry picking!!! Its soo much fun!!
That is another one of those “I am going to do that someday” things in my life.
Beautiful! It looks like the kids had fun! And my mouth is watering.
Our strawberries actually came on the end of April/first of May this year. Earliest I ever remember. Got my jam made, too!
