This letter came in the mail yesterday from Dash’s school:
“We had the privilege of praying for Dash this week during faculty devotions. We pray that he is and will have a wonderful year in kindergarten and that he will make lasting friendships. We pray that he will grow not only academically but spiritually as well. We pray that God will bless you also as you nurture him at home”.
We are so thrilled with how his school year is going. It’s not an exaggeration when I say every single day how thankful I am for his school. Its a great fit for him and for our family. He loves his small class, he loves his teacher, he loves all of the extracurricular (he can’t decide between spanish, music, art, or gym as his favorite). He is just so HAPPY. I am happy. I love seeing him develop a joy of learning and be nurtured so tenderly by a teacher who loves to teach and loves the kids in her class.
I have no other words but that I am deeply thankful.

It’s a really good feeling when you know that your child’s school is the right fit for them. We’re experiencing the same. One less thing to stress about
).
I can’t tell you how happy this post made me! I’m so glad the school situation is working out for you. We are very happy with H’s school this year as well. There is nothing like having a good fit.
Morning transitions, however, are another thing entirely…
I’m so glad you are thrilled with our school and that Dash is off to a great start! I hope and pray more parents will feel the way you do for the sake of our enrollment. Keep spreading the word!
What a wonderful report! So glad things are going well!
I’m so glad to read this update! How encouraging – and what a great idea for the school to pray for each student!
